Poise and Walking Training

This component of the program focuses on developing poise, body awareness, and confident movement. Contestants learn how to carry themselves with elegance and composure, both on stage and in everyday settings.

A strong emphasis is placed on posture and alignment as the foundation of all movement. Contestants are guided to understand how proper posture influences confidence, presence, and overall presentation.

Participants are trained to refine their movement across different presentation styles, recognizing that business attire, cocktail dress, and evening gown each require a distinct pace, posture, and level of formality.
